Heather Dedlow

Heather E. Dedlow, 48, of Sheboygan passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the Aurora Sheboygan
Memorial Medical Center.
Heather was born on November 2, 1973 in Sheboygan a daughter to the late William and Rita
(Niedfeldt) Dedlow. She attended James Madison Elementary School, Horace Mann Middle School and
graduated from Sheboygan South High School with the Class of 1991. Following high school she
attended Lakeshore Technical College and was certified as an optometric assistant. She was employed
at the Kohler Company prior to becoming an optometric assistant at ShopKo Optical. She was a great
animal lover and enjoyed traveling. She cared most for her family and friends.
Heather is survived by her sister, Tanya Garcia (Jason Schieble) of Plymouth; her three brothers, Mark
(Rhonda) Brueggeman of Pewaukee, Roger (Julie) Schmahl of Florida and Daniel Schmahl of Cascade;
and her nieces and nephews who were like her children, Jacob, Payton, Chase and Skye. Aunts, uncles
and other relatives and friends further survive. She was preceded in death by her parents and other
family members.
A Memorial Service for Heather will be held 1 pm, Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Wittkopp Funeral and
Cremation Service with Rev. Brian Krueger officiating. Family and friends may gather at the funeral
home 123 South Street, Plymouth on Saturday from 11 am until the time of service at 1 pm.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Heather’s name are preferred.
Heather’s family would like to express their appreciation and gratitude to the ICU team and their friends
and family for all the well wishes and prayers extended to them.
