Karen A. Biller, 61, of the town of Plymouth passed away unexpectedly at her
home on Sunday, January 10, 2021.
Karen was born on June 23, 1959 in Plymouth a daughter to the late Les and Rita
(Fromm) Biller. She graduated from Plymouth High School and later attended
Lakeshore Technical College. She worked for GTE until it closed and then at the
American Club and the Osthoff Resort as a banquet hostess. Karen was an avid
softball player, playing during her high school years and continuing for many years
thereafter. She also enjoyed the Packers. She was the all time biggest Alice
Cooper fan having the distinction of meeting him at a concert. Her other joys in
life were halibut fishing trips to Alaska and her love of Mustang automobiles of
which she owned a 1968 model. Karen also enjoyed helping those in area nursing
homes; many times buying poinsettias for them at Christmas or other items that
would brighten up their day.
Karen is survived by her sisters, Kathy (Louis) Huerta of Fredericksburg, TX, Christi
(Thomas) Bruce of Clintonville, WI and Cheri (Eric) Tompkins of Chitna, AK; and a
brother, Bruce (Bernadette) Biller of Glenbeulah. She is further survived by
nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews along with other family and friends.
Cremation will take place with a graveside service to be held at Woodlawn
Cemetery, Plymouth at a future date.
Memorials given in Karen’s name will be used to purchase items for those in local
nursing homes. This was something that gave Karen great pleasure.
