(Reuters) – Hurricane Epsilon is soon expected to become a “powerful” post-tropical cyclone, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Sunday.
Epsilon was located about 245 miles (395 kilometers) southeast of Cape Race Newfoundland, with maximum sustained winds of 75 miles per hour, the NHC said.
