Chad “Chuck” A. Woiak, 54, of Fond du Lac, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 19, 2026.
Chad was born in Sheboygan on July 27, 1972. He graduated from Sheboygan South High School with the class of 1990. A self-taught welder, Chad worked at Jor-Mac in Lomira. He enjoyed sharing his knowledge and skills with others and often offered to teach others his trade.
Chad enjoyed listening to music, riding his Harley-Davidson, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a devoted Christian and created a Facebook blog called “Plow In Hope.” Chad will be dearly missed by many.
Chad is survived by his daughters, Alexis Woiak and Rylee Woiak; grandchildren, Auburee, Lyliah, Carter, Novalynn, Ayden, Alayna, and Amara; mother, Nancy (Jim) Key; father, Terry Woiak; brother, Bernie Woiak; and step-siblings, T.J. Hermann, Rita Key, Renata Key, and Jody Niemojuski.
He was preceded in death by his step-brother, James, and grandson, Noah.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th St., Sheboygan.
