A 66-year-old Fond du Lac man has been arrested following an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation conducted by Fond du Lac Police.
Detectives served a search warrant on Jeffrey J. Riggs on October 1st, seizing multiple electronic devices for forensic examination. That revealed a significant quantity of suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), prompting the arrest of Riggs on December 22nd. Riggs appeared in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court on Friday facing formal charges of 10 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
Rigs remains in custody on $100,000 cash bond pending his next court appearance. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on February 13, 2026.
