Terrell Poe entered a plea of “Not Guilty” to a handful of counts on Monday including sexual assault and threatening an officer.
The victim says the 29-year-old Sheboygan man forced himself on her at knifepoint, while arresting officers say he also threatened them with a knife when they caught up to him.
Poe now faces more than 60 years in prison on the counts, along with misdemeanor charges for carrying a concealed weapon and obstructing an officer. Further court action is scheduled for early January, no trial dates have been set. He remains jailed on a cash bond.
