Plans to build a new hotel, restaurant, tavern and riverfront promenade are to be taken up by the Sheboygan Plan Commission on Tuesday when they meet at City Hall at 4 PM. Public hearings are being held for four items, among them a proposal to build the Watershed Harbor Hotel which would be just southwest of the 8th Street Bridge.
The site currently houses the Pacifico Mexican Bar & Grill which would be incorporated into the new structure to the east. Plans call for a two-level structure housing a 32-unit hotel.
Paul Weaver, who proposed the project, is seeking a conditional use permit in order to move forward with plans.
