A Chiropractor with an office on 10th and Michigan Avenue in Sheboygan is facing 12 Class-D Felony charges of possessing child pornography. The charges were issued Thursday against 69-year-old Casimer Kobylinski, who lives in Milwaukee. His initial appearance in Milwaukee County Circuit Court will be heard on March 24th.
Details behind Kobylinski’s alleged offenses weren’t released, however the 12 identical counts were issued on February 15th by Milwaukee County District Attorney Jeffrey Wagner. Each count is punishable by imprisonment of up to 25 years, a fine of up to $100,000 or both, and if found guilty, placement on the sex offender registry is expected.
