Timothy Hauschultz has been found guilty on 4 of the 6 counts he was facing in Manitowoc County Circuit Court. Hauschultz was charged death of his nephew Ethan Hauschultz. Prosecutors alleged that the child’s death was caused by punishments forced upon him by his uncle.
A Manitowoc County jury found Hauschultz guilty of Neglecting a Child, Consequence is Death, Party to the Crime of Physical Abuse of a Child Causing Great Bodily Harm, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child, and Party to the Crime of Physical Abuse of a Child. He is due back in court for sentencing on January 15th.
