Those needing access to Highway 28 West or I-43 from Taylor Drive southbound will encounter a detour for several days next week.
In order to resurface the two right turn lanes of South Taylor Drive at Washington Avenue, a reduction to one lane will be in place on southbound Taylor Drive between Crocker Avenue and Washington Avenue, and that traffic will need to either continue either to southbound Taylor Drive, or to eastbound Washington Avenue. Those needing to head west on 28 or to access I-43 will be routed east on Crocker Avenue, then south on 32nd Street, and then west on Washington Avenue.
The lane closures and detour will be in effect from Tuesday, September 19th through Thursday the 21st, weather permitting.
