Norbert William “Norbie” Perronne, age 80, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away peacefully at Aurora
Sheboygan Medical Center on December 2, 2022, with his loving wife at his side following a courageous
battle with cancer.
He was born in the Town of Lima on October 30, 1942, to the late Ervin and Laura (Falk) Perronne.
Norbie attended Dye Road Grade School, and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1960.
On May 21, 1966, he married the love of his life, RoseAnn Brott at Salem U.C.C. in Plymouth.
Norbie was owner/operator of Crossline Dairy Farm. He also worked at Waldo Farmco Feed Mill and as
a forklift operator at Glacier Transit Storage until his retirement in 2011 after 30 years.
He was also a salesman for Supercross Seeds out of Kentland, Indiana, which enabled him and Rosie to
take numerous trips to Hawaii, Spain, Italy, England, Switzerland, Acapulco, and Jamaica.
Norbie played Dartball for Salem Plankroad and was in the Senior Dartball League. He also played
Cribbage on Sunday afternoons and enjoyed playing Sheepshead. He was a member of the Kettle
Moraine Traveling Trap League, was a Sheboygan Falls FFA Alumni and lifetime member of the State and
National FFA Alumni Association. He was a lifelong member of Salem Plankroad U.C.C., serving on the
Church Council and was currently Recording Secretary of the Church and was Treasurer of the Cemetery
Association.
His greatest joy was his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. He was never shy about offering
up advice and support, whether it was wanted or not. Norbie especially enjoyed the many trips to
Indiana to visit his two youngest grandchildren, Emma and Ryleigh.
Norbie was an local racing enthusiast with Friday and Saturday nights being spent at the race track. He
sold parts for S&W Enterprises and was the Pace Car driver on Saturday nights in Plymouth for many
years.
He is survived by: His loving wife of 56 years, Rosie; Three children: Gary and Mark Perronne, both of
Sheboygan Falls, and Cheryl (Dale) Crowder of Muncie, IN; Five grandchildren: Alex Oakley, Madelyn
Perronne, Kassi (Hayden) Heinrich, and Emma and Ryleigh Crowder; One great-grandchild, Oliver Buell;
His sister, Ardith Mischo of Green Bay; Sister-in-law: Marilyn Brott of Plymouth; Brothers-in-law: Charles
(Sharon) Brott of Glenbeulah and Richard (Carol) Brott of Plymouth; As well as many nieces, nephews,
other relatives, and friends.
Norbie was preceded in death by: His parents; Son, Kevin; Father and Mother-in-law: Clinton and
Madeline Brott; Sister, Doreen Burns; Brothers: Emil (Connie) Perronne and Wayne Perronne; and
Brother-in-law, Ronald Brott.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday (December 8, 2022) at 6:00 pm at the Suchon Funeral Home in
Plymouth. Pastor Dale Miller of Salem Plankroad U.C.C. will officiate and burial will be in the Salem
Plankroad Cemetery.
Visitation will take place on Thursday (Dec 8) from 3:00pm until the time of services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Norbie’s name to Salem Plankroad U.C.C., Salem
Plankroad Cemetery Association, or a charity of your choice.
