Linda A. Kober, 79, of Sheboygan, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at Sharon S.
Richardson Community Hospice with her daughter by her side. She was born July 27, 1943 in
Sheboygan to the late Charles and Caroline (Delibos) Martin.
Linda graduated from South High School with the Class of 1961. Following high school Linda
went on to graduate from cosmetology school. On February 22, 1968 she was united in
marriage to Robert C. Kober. He preceded her in death on September 7, 2018.
She was a waitress at Rupp’s Downtown for many years and enjoyed taking care of her
customers. She had a passion for shopping and getting her hair done. Linda also enjoyed
baking, especially her famous chocolate chip cookies that she loved to share with family and
friends.
Linda is survived by her daughter LuAnn Kober, brother Michael (Jane) Martin, cousins; John
Delibos, John Mankopf, and Tony (Beate Johnson) Zavrl. She is further survived by special
family friend Jay Klein who she thought of like a son, nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Charles and James
Martin, and brothers-in-law Fred, James and Ron Kober.
Per Linda’s wishes private services will be held.
Linda’s family would like to thank the nurses at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice
especially Theresa for all the compassionate and loving care they gave to her.
