Our loving mother, Sharon “Sherry” Klahn, passed into the precious arms of Jesus on October 9, 2022 at
the age of 75.
She was born in Sheboygan on January 12, 1947, a daughter of the late John and Delores (Kalk) Geosits.
Sherry had many friends, loved entertaining and always made everyone feel like they were a part of the
family. She was always the heart of our family and her laughter was contagious. Aptly put, “Family is a
little bit Crazy, A little bit Loud, and Has a Whole lot of Love.”
Sherry enjoyed her membership in the Sheboygan H.O.G., riding her Road King, Sewing and making
beautiful quilts, and spending many hours in the kitchen cooking and baking for family and friends.
She is survived by: Her partner: Don Arndt; Her children: Brian Klahn of Blacksburg, VA, Bart (Michelle)
Epping of Oostburg, Steve (Heather) Klahn of Sheboygan Falls, and Monica (Brian) Entringer of
Plymouth; Her grandchildren: Avery Klahn, Ellianna and Mackenna Epping, Nathan and Mason Klahn,
and Logan and Emily Entringer; Her sisters: Vicki Thompson and Paris (Paul) Turner; Her brother: Larry
Geosits; Her first husband: Arthur (Cindy) Epping; Special Friends: Kay and Gene Wolske family, Jo and
Randy Ahlquist, Rose and Pete Wirtz family, Joe and Terry Wirtz family, and Arndt family.
Sherry was preceded in death by: Her parents; Husband: Gerald “Jerry” Klahn; and Sister: Michele Lilge.
A celebration of Sherry’s life will be held on Monday (October 17, 2022) at Grace Lutheran Church in
Elkhart Lake. Visitation will take place from 2:00-4:00PM, with a service to follow at 4:00PM. Rev. Peter
Peitsch, Pastor of the Church, will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in her name to the Womens Auxiliary of Grace Lutheran
Church.
The Suchon Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Plymouth is assisting the family. For online
condolences, please visit www.suchonfh.com.
The family would like to thank the staffs of Matthews Oncology of Sheboygan and Sharon S. Richardson
Community Hospice for all their kindness. Sherry especially wanted to thank her children for all their
loving care of her during her fight with cancer.
Sharon Klahn
