Carol Lynn Bruss, age 71, of Waldo, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2022, at the Sharon S. Richardson
Community Hospice Center.
She was born on January 27, 1951 in Port Washington, WI, a daughter to the late Alan and Irma
(Schuenemann) Morgenroth.
Carol attended Grafton Grade School and graduated from Grafton High School in 1969.
On April 15, 1969, she married Neil Bruss Sr. at the Port Washington Courthouse.
Carol enjoyed animals, going to the beach, listening to good tunes, an occasional cocktail, spending time
with her family and was a friend to all.
Survivors include her husband, Neil of Waldo; children, Lorrie (Dennis) Kluck of Campbellsport, Michelle
(Robert) Ritlberg of Hingham, and Bill (Amy) Bruss of Sheboygan Falls; grandchildren, Anthony Edmonds
of Sheboygan Falls, Victoria (Kyle) Kluck of Waldo, Drew Kluck of Campbellsport, Devin Kluck of
Campbellsport, and Brandon Bruss of Sheboygan, Toscha, Nicole, Trent and their children all of Iowa;
great-grandchild, Davis Miller of Waldo; brother, Alan Morgenroth of Texas; and sister, Sandra Graf of
Random Lake.
She is also survived by many brothers and sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Neil Bruss Jr. and her parents.
Following Carol’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of her life held at a
later date.
