Margaret Ann Lesicko, 89, of Sheboygan, passed away Friday evening, November 19, 2021 at the Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center.
Born September 29, 1932 in Sheboygan, Margaret was a daughter of the late Mattias and Margaret Brandt Ritt. She attended Sheboygan area schools and graduated from Sheboygan Central High School in 1951. On February 2, 1952, she was united in marriage to Anton Lesicko at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. They were married for 48 years before Anton preceded her in death on January 21, 2001.
Margaret was a homemaker who enjoyed reading and traveling. Her greatest joy was the time she spent with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and family. In her younger years, she worked in bookkeeping and the Safe Deposit Vault at Security Bank in Sheboygan. She was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church for many years.
She is survived by her children, Richard, Mark (Lorri Isakson), Sheboygan, Michael (Kathy) Sheboygan, Kathy (Scott) Roth, Appleton, Sue (Jay) Kohls, Sheboygan, Mary Lesicko, Sheboygan, and Tony Lesicko, Sheboygan, WI; eight grandchildren, Melissa Roth, Amanda (Luke) Fisher, Sheila (Jon) Voskuil, Sara (Jimmy) Meyer, Renee (Eric) Weyker, Ryan (Ashley) Lesicko, Matthew Lesicko, Dillon (Abby) Lesicko and Melyssa Kohls; great grandchildren, Kaiden, Beau, Aaron, Taylor, Peyson, Anna, Kennedy, Jordan, Krystina, Olivia, Hailey, Zoey, and Wyatt; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Besides her parents and husband, Anton, she was preceded in death by her infant son, Joseph, and her two great granddaughters, Riley and Brooklyn.
Funeral services for Margaret will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Avenue. Family and friends are welcome at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Entombment will take place in the Gardens of Peace Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.
The family would like to thank the Vince Lombardi Cancer Center and the nurses and staff of Aurora Memorial Medical Center for all of their loving care and support.
