The Sheboygan Police Department has announced that a convicted sex offender has completed his sentence and will be released in Sheboygan.
48-year-old Ger Lee was convicted of Forcible Rape; Sexual Penetration with a Foreign Object in Fresno, California. Lee is registered with the Sex Offender Registry and will be escorted upon his release from confinement directly to the Sheboygan Police Department where a face-to-face registration with law enforcement will take place.
Lee isn’t wanted at this time, and will be under 24-hour electronic monitoring, living at 2618 N. 27th Street while being supervised by agents from probation/parole and participating in long-term programming. Numerous conditions have been imposed upon Lee, including not being allowed anywhere children congregate or to live in the same residence with minors, and must have no contact with any of his victims. Any violation will result in being taken into custody pending further action.
