A Milwaukee man accused in a Sheboygan murder appeared in court on Tuesday. 19 year old Onterio M. Girley was scheduled for a pre-trial hearing. Girley is charged with felony murder and armed robbery for the killing of Joseph Torres on January 17th.
Girley maintains his innocence and has entered a not guilty plea to the allegations. Another man, 18 year old Lawrence Buford, is also charged with participating in the crime that also injured an 18 year old woman who survived the ordeal,. Buford has also pleaded not guilty and is next due in court on April 14th.
Both men are being held at the Sheboygan County Jail on a million dollars bond.
