Sheboygan’s riverfront will be getting another hospitality establishment. The City Plan Commission voted last Tuesday to approve plans to build the new Watershed Harbor Hotel on a parcel of land southwest of the 8th Street Bridge.
Following that vote, an architectural review was conducted and was mostly approved, with the sole objector being Mayor Ryan Sorenson.
At this point, the developer will need to get all licenses and permits before moving forward.
