UNDATED (WHBL) – Poll workers are needed for the upcoming April 7th election. The need is especially great as a significant number of the 30,000 poll workers who serve at polling places are in their 60s and 70s, and may have other health concerns besides dealing with the COVID-19 vulnerability.
Meagan Wolfe, Wisconsin’s chief elections officials says that if you’re looking for temporary work, then you should contact your Municipal Clerk. You can find your clerk at the https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/MyMunicipalClerk website. Once you find your municipal clerk put “Poll Worker Applicant” in the subject line and your clerk can easily sort your request.
Municipal clerks will provide training for any new election inspectors before the election.
