Ronald “Ron” A. Kleemeyer, 87, of Sheboygan, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at
Progressive Care Center in Sheboygan. He was born April 7, 1936 in Sheboygan to the late
Albert and Gertrude (Vorphal) Kleemeyer.
Ron graduated from Sheboygan Central High School and went on to proudly serve as a medic
in the US Army.
Ron worked as an electrician for Curt Joel retiring in 2000. Ron was a member of Immanuel
Lutheran Church and the Farmers and Sportmen’s Club where he was an avid clay target
shooter. He shot trap, skeet and sporting class. He was also a member of the NRA.
Ron is survived by two nieces Nancy Ash of AZ and Kathy Lind of FL and nephew Steven
Peterson.
He is further other relatives and friends. Ron was preceded in death by his parents and two
sisters Elaine Peterson and Doris Mullins.
A graveside service will be held for Ron on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Lutheran
Cemetery with Military Honors to follow.
