Doris Muesegades

Doris E. Muesegades, 98, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Pine
Haven Covenant Home. She was born October 12, 1921 in Sheboygan to Elmer Sr. and Edna
(Strassburger) Gessert.
On November 26, 1952 she was united in marriage to Milton Muesegades. He preceded her in
death on December 31, 1993. Doris was a member of Zion Covenant Church.
Doris is survived by her daughters, Mary Muesegades of Phoenix, AZ and Rita (Darrell) Abston
of Elkhart Lake. By her three grandchildren; Marika Muesegades, Eric and Ian Abston, and by
her sister Marion Young of CA, and sister-in-law Vernita Gessert of Sheboygan. She was
preceded in death by her parents, husband Milton, brother Elmer Gessert Jr., and sister
Florence (Allen) Onnink.
Per Doris’s wishes, a private family entombment will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park in
Kohler.
