About 58 community members attended Wednesday’s Data Walk Open House, hosted by Healthy Sheboygan County. The event revealed key health data collected between January and April concerning healthcare access and navigation, activity and nutrition, mental health, substance use, housing, and child care. Now the organization wants feedback on that data so plans to address the issues can be developed.
Those who couldn’t attend can review the full report on the Healthy Sheboygan County website and submit feedback through an online form. Anyone who provides feedback can opt-in to win a Walmart gift card.
