A line of thundershowers and rain moved through as expected early this morning, but so far it appears that we won’t be dealing with heavy downpours as initially forecast. A quarter to a half inch could fall around here before tapering during mid-morning and ending by mid-afternoon, while southwest Wisconsin could get rain amounts in the 2-inch range.
Wednesday looks like the best chance for dry weather before an extended period of rain sets in for Friday and the weekend when we could get our own 2-inch totals. Temperatures should be mostly seasonal with highs around 70 and lows in the 50s.
