Residents of Cedar Grove are being told that “It’s Just a Drill” as the village’s Fire Department and First Responders will be hosting a Mass Casualty Incident drill at the Cedar Grove Sports Complex today between 5 and 9 PM.
During that time there will be several emergency vehicles at the complex where an emergency scene was staged in the parking lot overnight.
While they acknowledge the public’s curiosity, people are requested to keep their distance from the scene, both for their safety, and to reduce distraction from those training to be able to handle the worst situation should they need to.
