Eugene G. Frazier, 94, of Sheboygan passed away at home on August 17, 2026. Eugene was born to the late Ray and Gladys (Christenson) Frazier on August 12, 1932 in Sheboygan. He was a graduate of Sheboygan Central High School. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1951 to 1955. On March 23, 1957 he was united in marriage to Alice Kolb at Emmanuel Lutheran Church. He and Alice were the owners of The Hen House, where Eugene loved creating masterpieces from “junk” and where he beautifully refurbished furniture. He worked at a few other employers throughout his lifetime, and he ultimately retired from the City of Sheboygan with honors.
Eugene was a dedicated husband and father and was a loving provider for his family; sometimes working three jobs to keep food on the table. He was a very active father with his children and created many memories with them throughout their lives, especially going up north for many years. One great memory that lives on is that Eugene would always put up a pool on the hottest day of the year and when it was time to take it down, they started by watering the plants but it always turned into a neighborhood water fight!
He will be greatly missed by his children, Susan Frazier, Randy, Jeffrey (Lynn), and Connie Strode-Jackson; granddaughter, Nicole (Matt); two great-grandchildren and sister-in-law Diane Frazier.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice; parents, Ray and Gladys Frazier; father- and mother-in-law, Clarence and Hilda Kolb; daughter, Linda; five brothers, Milton, Alvin, Darwin, Donald and Dennis.
A funeral service will be held for Eugene at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th St., Sheboygan, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. Entombment will follow at the Garden Terrace Mausoleum in Lutheran Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to VFW Post 9156.
The family would like to thank Philip Frazier for his assistance with and eulogy for the service for Eugene.
