The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office says that it’s working with Village of Winneconne and City of Omro Police in the investigation of three deaths.
Officers were called to do a medical welfare check around 7 PM Friday when they found three people deceased inside the home on Division Street in Winneconne, where, due to the circumstances of the incident, police requested the Sheriff’s Office lead the investigation.
Based on evidence at the scene it was determined to be an isolated incident without further danger to the public. The investigation continues and no further information has been released. Anyone with information is asked to call the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office at 920-236-7300.
