Sheboygan County Sheriff
Fire hit a shed near the north end of County Highway Y in the Town of Mosel on Tuesday night but didn’t completely destroy the building. The 911 call came in shortly after 6:30, sending Sheriff’s Deputies and crews from several nearby fire departments to what was reported by the caller as a barn fire with heavy flames and smoke in the 7900 block of Highway Y.
The structure, a 15 x 10-foot pole shed, had flames coming from inside and blowing out the roof, but the walls were still intact. There were no people in that shed which contained miscellaneous items, and the fire was extinguished with no injuries reported.
