A Heat Advisory will cover all of southern Wisconsin including Sheboygan County beginning at noon today as temperatures in the 90s combine with humidity and hot sun to produce unhealthy conditions for those spending time outdoors. And with overnight temperatures staying in the mid-70s, Wednesday should almost duplicate today’s situation with only a slight decline in predicted high temperatures. The hours from noon until sunset will host the hottest conditions both days with the heat index hitting the upper 90s to low 100s.
Those looking for relief can find it on the Lake Michigan shore with slightly lower temperatures, and the near 70-degree water should have only 1-foot waves.

Forecasters say that the heat and humidity will likely stick around for the rest of the work week, but for now they’re not expecting advisory-level conditions on either Thursday or Friday.
