There’s still time to nominate a deserving educator for the 2026 Workforce Development Golden Apple Education Awards, as the deadline has been extended to July 30th.
Nominees are being sought for 2 categories: Educator of the Year –which honors a teacher who has positively impacted students through innovative education programs, mentoring, or who goes above and beyond the call of duty to prepare students for success in life after graduation, and Business Education Partner of the Year—which honors a business or organization partner who has positively impacted students through successful partnerships with education, innovative education programs, mentoring, or initiatives that encourage students toward employability excellence.
The awards will be handed out during the Sheboygan County Workforce Development Symposium on September 16th at Pine Hills Country Club. The nomination form can be found here.
