The onset of summer in Sheboygan County is presenting a host of issues that residents may need to deal with over the next few days. Among those are the risk of thunderstorms containing gusty winds, large hail, and possible tornadoes, the latter risk mostly in southwest and south-central Wisconsin. Additionally, high temperatures and humidity may force people to take measures to avoid heat-related issues on Wednesday.
While garden-variety thunderstorms can be expected on Tuesday, the risk of severe thunderstorm weather reaches a 2 out of 5 level on Wednesday, and the probability of severe weather on Thursday is in the 15-29% range in Sheboygan County. The greatest confidence of impactful weather is between 3 PM and Midnight on Wednesday, while chances on Thursday largely hinge upon what happens the day before.
