William “Bill” Guterwill, age 93, of Sheboygan, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at the Sheboygan Progressive Health Services. He was born on November 11, 1932, to the late Isidore and Clara (Kammerer) Guterwill in Bronx, NY.
He met his late wife Maryellen (Dionne) Guterwill in Bronx, NY. They were married on July 1, 1953. They raised four children in Bay Shore, NY. Bill was a US Army veteran having served his country during the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by daughters Donna (George) Tweedy and Linda (John) Dier. Brother Richard Guterwill of Sayville, NY, and his loving friend Bonnie Gerber. Five grandchildren, Amanda, Adam, Andy, Brian, and Alicia. Nine great grandchildren, Ryan, Kelsie, Sophie, Layla, Lily, Callie, William, Hanna, and Emma. Many family and friends in New York and Sheboygan further survive.
Bill was preceded in death by wife Maryellen, children Jean and William, and grandson Timothy.
A funeral service for Bill will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan with Pastor Donald Johnson officiating. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. A burial will take place at Calverton National Cemetery in Calverton, New York.
