The Jefferson County Soil Builders are hosting a Planting Green Field Day on Thursday May 28th from 10:00 a.m. – Noon. The event will be located on County Highway Q, two miles north of Milford, where the group will demo how to plant corn green into a cover crop mix. The group will also be bringing in a few speakers to go over the benefits of planting green in more detail. In addition to all of this, lunch will be provided.
