270 students earning 320 credentials will be celebrated during commencement ceremonies at Lakeshore College on Saturday. The Cleveland Campus will begin welcoming guests at 8 AM Saturday, and all campus buildings will be open from then until 1:30 PM. The ceremonies themselves begin at 9:00.
Most of the degrees are associate degrees, technical diplomas and certificates, but more than 100 Registered Apprenticeships, General Education Development certificates, and High School Equivalency Diplomas will also be awarded during the observance.
About 800 students graduate from Lakeshore each year, and associate degree graduates report earning a median salary of $61,355 within six months of graduating.
