WASHINGTON, April 30 (Reuters) – President Donald Trump on Thursday said he was nominating radiologist and Fox News contributor Dr. Nicole Saphier for U.S. Surgeon General, after earlier thanking his previous nominee wellness influencer Casey Means in a social media post.
