A frontal system that will wobble and stall across southern Wisconsin this week will keep Sheboygan County vulnerable to rounds of rain and possible severe weather through midweek.
Rainfall at the Sheboygan County Airport was measured at point-8 inches Sunday through early this morning. Another 1-3/4 is possible through Thursday. The gauge on the Sheboygan River at Esslingen Park was measuring 4.8 feet early this morning. The action stage, where flooding in susceptible urban areas as well as along the riverfront docks and Sheboygan marina could occur is 6 feet, and levels began slowly rising on Sunday.
