A 57-year-old Kewaskum woman whose vehicle left the Highway 45 roadway near Campbellsport on Monday morning has died of her injuries. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office identified the victim as Joan Biese, who passed away after being transported to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah.
Biese was traveling southbound on US Highway 45 in the Township of Osceola in Fond du Lac County shortly before 11 AM on Monday when, apparently due to a medical emergency, her vehicle left the roadway, struck a driveway embankment, and overturned. She was the only occupant of the vehicle and nobody else was injured.
