New data has the National Weather Service adjusting overnight precipitation forecasts for Sheboygan County and the surrounding area. Earlier forecasts leaned heavily upon the chance of mixed precipitation, however newer forecasts now suggest that areas east of I-90 will see mostly snow, but with accumulations mostly less than an inch. The snow is still likely to be wet and slushy in nature, end by noon on Friday, and with falling temperatures should quickly freeze in place by Friday night.
Another seasonably cold shot is then expected over the weekend, but looking into next week temperatures could approach 40º by Tuesday.
