A 19-year-old Manitowoc man has pleaded not guilty to eight charges of possessing child pornography. Police say Kashaun Oliver was arrested following a tip to the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation, which showed an IP address in Manitowoc was associated with the viewing of the illegal videos.
Oliver is due back in court March 13th for further proceedings. If found guilty, each of the eight Class-D Felony charges carries a sentence of up to 25 years in prison, a maximum fine of $100,000, or both.
