Intensely cold weather such as Sheboygan is now experiencing has long been associated with water main breaks, and that relationship is being reinforced now. The most recent, near North 28th Street and Pine Grove Avenue, occurred this morning, but was fixed by 9:45 AM by Sheboygan Water Utility Crews.
Water was shut down at 8:30 this morning in order to facilitate repairs, and was restored by noon today.
