Wisconsin existing home sales rose 4.4% in December of 2025 compared to the previous December, while the statewide median price increased 2.5% to $312,750.
In its initial 2026 report, the Wisconsin Realtors Association identified this performance as “especially impressive” because December of ‘24 was already a very strong month, having displayed double-digit growths in both sales and prices compared to ‘23.
The median Sheboygan County home price for December of ‘25 was $280,000, a 7.7% increase over the previous year. The sale of 105 units was a 19.3% increase over December of ‘24, and inventory was unchanged. The average time spent on the market for a Sheboygan County home was 59 days, down 3.3% from 2024.
Considering surrounding counties, Sheboygan County showed the largest growth in median price, experienced the 2nd largest increase in sales, and shared the lowest number of days on the market with Manitowoc County.
