Two Sheboygan County teens have been sentenced to prison. The sentences were issued after Spencer Dietrich was found guilty of child abuse and two counts of intimidating a victim. The judge sentenced Dietrich to 18 months in prison for his role in the events in which he and Cole Guttman forced two brothers to perform sexual acts on each other. Guttman received a 4-year prison sentence after pleading no contest to second-degree sexual assault of a child.
The two were charged as adults for their crimes this past April. The assaults took place in 2022 and were reported by the victims’ mother nearly a year later.
