Kathleen Diane Riemer was born in Sheboygan on October 7, 1960 and passed away on June
5, 2025 at the age of 64. On July 15, 1978 she was united in marriage with Mark
Riemer at Ebenezer UCC in Sheboygan. During her working years she was employed
by Bemis Manufacturing for 36 years until her retirement. Kathleen enjoyed gardening
in her flower bed, watching the Packers, playing Bingo, attending “The Gang’s All Here”
party and spending time up north.
Kathleen is survived by her husband, Mark; children, Elizabeth (Nathan), Tanya (Jeff)
and Joseph (Carli Jo) Riemer; grandchildren, Kara, Lily, Duncan, Markus (Gloria),
Drake, Thomas, Candice, Nicholas and Allison; two great-grandsons and siblings, Linda
Schoen, Mary Ann (Peter) Hahn, Cheryl (John) Verhelst and Phil Schoen. She is
preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Marian Schoen; brother, Marty Schoen Jr.
and niece, Jennifer Glasmann.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home,
1535 S. 12 th St., Sheboygan, from 11:00 a.m. until a time of sharing at 1:00 p.m.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the oncology staff at St. Vincent
Hospital in Green Bay and to the staff at Sharon S. Richardson, especially Leah and
chaplain Joe for their care of Kathleen.
