The City of Sheboygan is making Community Development Block Grant funds available to certain homeowners who want to rehabilitate their homes.
The Housing Rehab Program is designed for those who own and live in a home within the City and are current on their property taxes and mortgages, have household income at or below 80% of the county median, and want to make home repairs needed for safety, accessibility or sanitary purposes.
Persons who apply will need to provide financial information on their application in order to verify eligibility.
