(Editors Note: We were informed that the initial article was incorrect inasmuch as payments are to be made at City Hall, not at the Sheboygan County Treasurer’s Office as initially published. This story was written using information published online by the City and accessed early this Thursday morning; however the page initially accessed appears to have been changed since the writing, and now reflects the correct destination for taxes as City Hall. We regret the confusion.)
While letters to Santa often occupy the mail carrier’s bag this time of year, something more akin to “The Grinch” will join the flow on Monday. That’s when the City of Sheboygan sends out the property tax bills for the 2024 filing year.
The City says that anyone wishing to pay that bill should be able to do that as well on Monday, with all payments from the City accepted at Sheboygan City Hall, 828 Center Ave., Sheboygan.
Those following up on any delinquent taxes, or wishing to check the status of their property tax payments, can do that on the Sheboygan County Land Records Web Portal, or by calling the Sheboygan County Treasurer’s Office: 920-459-3015.
