Jackson Chourio blasted a grand slam and Rhys Hoskins also homered.
Freddy Peralta earned the win after giving up three runs over five-plus innings as Milwaukee has won six-of-seven to remain first in the NL Central at 81-57.
Andre Pallante got the loss after giving up five runs over five innings.
Pedro Pages slugged a pair of solo shots as St. Louis trails the Braves by five-and-a-half games for the last NL Wild Card spot.
