A pair of teens had to be rescued from the turbulent waters of Lake Michigan on Tuesday. Beach hazard warnings were in effect all day for large waves that pounded the entire Wisconsin shoreline.
Sheboygan Police were called to Deland Park around 8:30 p.m. with reports of the two persons in trouble in the water. Multiple units were called, including the US Coast Guard, but police say that by the time they arrived, the teens were already safely out of the water. There were no injuries reported.
