(Reuters) – Healthcare company Concentra Group filed for a U.S. initial public offering on Friday, as investor appetite for new listings recovers after a near two-year dry spell.
The company’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission did not reveal the number of shares it plans to sell and a price range for the offering.
It plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange and trade under the ticker symbol ‘CON’.
J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs and BofA Securities are the lead underwriters for the offering.
