Kay (Goldman) Dickfoss, age 87, passed away on June 4, 2024, at Sharon
Richardson Hospice. Kay was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, on October 24, 1936
to the late Gottlieb and Mae (Drews) Goldman. She graduated from North High
School with the class of 1955.
On December 10, 1955, she was united in marriage to Wayne Dickfoss at Ebenezer
Lutheran Church, Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
Kay worked in the bookkeeping department at H. C. Prange Co., until the birth of
her first daughter. She later returned to work there until their ultimate closing,
finishing her career at Richardson Brothers.
During retirement they enjoyed many adventures with their favorite being Mexico.
After Wayne’s passing in 2012, she moved to Mapledale Apartments where she
made friends and looked forward to the daily card games, going to lunch or dinner.
Kay was an avid reader and loved to shop. Her family meant the world to her.
She is survived by her daughters Cindy (Bill) Fale and Christy (Tom) Brunette, her
sister Kathleen (Richard) Welsch, her grandchildren Drew (Peggy Osthelder) Pilz,
Kayla Baker, Travis (Katie) Brunette, and Trevor Brunette as well as three great-
granchildren.
Many thanks to the nurses at Sharon Richardson Hospice and the staff at St.
Nicholas Hospital.
Per Kay’s wishes there will be a private family service. The Reinbold-Novak Funeral
Home is serving the family.
