Angeline E. Miller, age 89, of Sheboygan, died on Friday, May 31, 2024, at the Sheboygan Senior Community. She was born in Sheboygan on January 21, 1935, to the late William and Nora Wagner Hinz.
Angie attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan Central High School in 1954. On May 29, 1954, she was united in marriage to Robert F. Miller at St. Dominic Catholic Church. Robert preceded her in death on December 13, 2015.
She was employed at Wigwam Mills, H.C. Prange’s Department Store, and Quiznos Sandwiches. Angie was a current member of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Sheboygan. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, baking, reading, and traveling.
Survivors include her five children, Steve (Cheryl) Miller, of Maryland, Mary Van Wyk, of Sheboygan, Barb Miller, of Middleton, Mike Miller, of Sheboygan, and Pattie (Wayne) Pilz, of Plymouth; eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; and a brother-in-law, Fred Miller. She is further survived by many other relatives and friends. Angie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her son John Miller, a brother, Leo Hinz, sisters, Ruth Dotz and Dorothy Wilsing, and her two sons-in-law, Bill Van Wyk and Mark Scheffer.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Angie will be celebrated on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 1439 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan. Family and friends may gather at the church on Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 12:00 p.m. Entombment will take place at Holy Cross Mausoleum.
A heartfelt thank you is extended to the Sheboygan Senior Community for the compassion and care that was given to Angie. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Angie’s name.
