There’s a saying in business that “If you’re not growing, then you’re dying”. That being the case, the Town of Sheboygan Falls is alive and well with the addition of a development of several small shop and storage buildings at Highway 32 and Woodland Road. The 2,016 square-foot facilities, eight in all, are intended to cater to small entrepreneurs, tradesmen, contractors and recreational enthusiasts. The Town of Sheboygan Falls is also home to the Founders’ Pointe subdivision, which opened sales of the first of its fifty-four homes earlier this year.
Sales Agent Dane Checolinski of NAI Pfefferle of Sheboygan said that each building is heated, and outfitted with water and sanitary service, a floor drain, restroom and 14-foot overhead door. The buildings are being sold as condos and managed by an association. Each owner will be free to modify them as necessary, and the association will handle snow removal, lawn maintenance, and will share utility costs.
Co-owner and developer Gary Gartman said that the development was built in response to the many smaller contractors they encountered who often needed additional shop space, and will allow an avenue for those businesses to expand. Recreational enthusiasts seeking storage solutions for their vehicles and equipment will also be able to take advantage of space enough to store everything from snowmobiles all the way up to R-V’s.
